The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain essential services during power or water outages. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company. If a power or water outage lasts more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The host will not cover the cost of alternative accommodations or transportation in the event of service interruptions.
