More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

This newly renovated apartment is situated in the heart of Miramar, offering a prime location close to the beach, renowned dining spots, and popular tourist attractions. Ideal for up to 4 guests, it is the perfect choice for small families or groups of friends who want a blend of comfort and convenience.
The apartment is located in the vibrant Miramar neighborhood of Puerto Rico, known for its lively atmosphere and close proximity to everything San Juan has to offer. It is perfect for families or groups who appreciate a modern and comfortable space.
The building itself does not have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. And there is no designated parking available. However, there is a public parking lot across the street, and street parking can also be found nearby.
Guests should be aware that there is a nightclub located below the building, open Thursday through Saturday, which may lead to some noise during those days.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious and cozy living area. The room features high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to take in the lively views of Miramar. A large, comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for small families or a group of friends.
The kitchen is bright, modern, and fully equipped to cater to all your cooking needs. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The kitchen’s design allows for a fresh breeze to come through when the doors are opened, making it an enjoyable space for preparing home-cooked meals. It’s the perfect spot to gather with family or friends to cook and share meals together. You will only need to bring your groceries, and everything else is provided to help you create memorable meals.
The apartment provides a variety of amenities to ensure you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. Freshly laundered bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with essentials such as two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge.
Each bathroom is fitted with dispensers containing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and each guest will be supplied with one bath towel. While laundry detergent is not provided, the apartment strives to offer a convenient and comfortable environment to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The apartment is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern, so guests can have peace of mind knowing that there are backup systems in place in case of power or water outages. However, occasional and unplanned power interruptions may still occur due to service disruptions from the electric company. In the event of a water or electricity disruption lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights, though refunds will not be provided for nights already spent.
The host’s goal is to provide an exceptional stay, and the apartment’s amenities are designed to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and memorable visit to San Juan.

– Accessibility: Apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.
– Parking: No on-site parking, but free street parking is usually available nearby.
– Electricity: Puerto Rico’s power grid can be unstable. Outages are rare, but flashlights and a battery fan are provided. There is no generator.
– One exterior video doorbell camera is mounted at the front door; it records the entryway 24/7 for security/check-in verification only—no cameras inside or in private areas.
