More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests, this spacious and well-equipped apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to start your day with a burst of energy or unwind at the rooftop with stunning city views, this vibrant, central location has it all.
The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious, inviting living room designed for relaxation and comfort. The large, comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space. From here, you can enjoy the vibrant views of the Miramar neighborhood, a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxation. The living area also provides a cozy atmosphere for socializing, playing games, or watching your favorite shows.
The apartment boasts a modern and fully-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern, but power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. In the event of an outage lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used.
