The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious, inviting living room designed for relaxation and comfort. The large, comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space. From here, you can enjoy the vibrant views of the Miramar neighborhood, a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxation. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern, but power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. In the event of an outage lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights.
