More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Enjoy easy parking with a public lot just a minute away and ample free street parking. For convenience, a coin laundry room with wash cycles at $2.00 and dryers at $3.00, including coins upon request and complimentary laundry detergent.
Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments.

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away. We're really looking forward to hosting you and ensuring you have an amazing time, embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special!

While you explore the city during the day, you can return to a cozy and inviting retreat designed to make your stay enjoyable.
The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment features high ceilings and a welcoming living space, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, whether you want to relax with a book, enjoy a conversation, or take in the scenic views of Miramar through the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
Designed for both convenience and functionality, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The open layout allows you to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while cooking, making it a perfect space for sharing breakfast, lunch, or dinner with family or friends.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with fresh linens and soft lighting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the living area to provide comfort for all guests.
Guests will have access to a well-maintained bathroom featuring fresh towels, a shower, and essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide basic amenities for your stay, including two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and a dish sponge. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided.
Miramar boasts a diverse culinary scene, with options ranging from traditional Puerto Rican cuisine to gourmet fine dining. We recommend using Uber for transportation within San Juan, as it is the most convenient option. If you plan to explore areas outside of the city, renting a car is advisable, as taxis and ride-sharing services may be harder to find in more remote locations. While the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot in front of the building, and street parking is available nearby.
The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain services during occasional power or water outages. However, interruptions due to the electric company’s service may still occur. If an outage lasts more than three hours, guests may request a refund for unused nights.
The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator. Additionally, there is no designated parking, but street parking is available, and a parking lot is located in front of the building. Please note that a nightclub operates below the building on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, which may result in some noise during those evenings.

It is just a short distance from Old San Juan, Condado, and other key attractions such as El Morro, Castillo San Cristóbal, and Condado Lagoon, where you can enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking. For local transportation, we recommend using Uber, as it’s the most convenient option for getting around the area. If you're planning to explore beyond San Juan, renting a car may be more practical, as Uber and taxis can be harder to find in outlying areas. Although the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot across the street and some street parking available nearby. Please note that parking in this busy area may be limited, so plan accordingly.
Please be aware that the building does have a backup generator and a water cistern. However, occasional and unplanned power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. Thank you for your understanding. The host will not cover the cost of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation due to interruptions in water or electricity. If water or electricity is disrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used.
