Located in the heart of Miramar, this apartment is a great choice for small families or groups. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and does not provide designated parking. However, there is a public parking lot in front of the building, and street parking is also available. The apartment's location includes a nightclub below the building, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays, so some noise may occur during those days.
The apartment offers an open and inviting living area, with high ceilings and plenty of space for up to 6 guests. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern. While this ensures that you have backup power and water in case of an outage, occasional and unplanned power interruptions may still occur due to service disruptions by the electric company. If a water or electricity outage lasts for more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights. However, refunds will not be given for any nights that have already been spent at the apartment. The host has taken measures to ensure that all other aspects of your stay are as comfortable as possible, and additional assistance is always available should you need it during your time at the apartment.
