Casa Alpina PR is located in a rural countryside setting surrounded by 100% nature. Because of this natural environment, guests should expect insects, wildlife, and outdoor elements commonly found in mountain and countryside locations. This is part of the authentic experience of staying in nature and enjoying a peaceful environment away from city life.

The cabin is tucked away in a secluded area, offering privacy and tranquility, yet conveniently located just 2 minutes from Road #1 and 5 minutes from Highway 52, making it easy to access nearby attractions and services.

Inside, the cabin offers a thoughtfully designed space that blends rustic charm with essential comforts. You'll find a cozy living area, a loft-style bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals. The loft bedroom is accessed via a steep ladder, and for safety and comfort, guests are required to be barefoot while in the loft area.

Guests will enjoy a private entrance, surrounded by lush greenery, and a balcony that offers beautiful night views. The entire cabin is private, providing an intimate and quiet countryside experience.

Please note that Casa Alpina is located in a rural area, and water temperature may be lukewarm rather than very hot. The jacuzzi does not have a heater and remains at ambient temperature. The property also operates with a backup solar system and water tank to help ensure comfort during your stay.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed unless previously approved, and additional fees may apply. Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin but is allowed outdoors in designated exterior areas. Pets are only allowed with prior authorization and an additional fee. An extra guest fee applies after two guests. Additionally, any unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Two friendly dogs may occasionally be seen around the property. They are part of the countryside environment, and guests are kindly asked not to feed them.

Before check-out, we kindly ask guests to place towels on the bathroom floor, leave kitchenware clean and in place, and ensure all doors are properly closed. Trash can be left inside the cabin, and our team will take care of disposal after departure. At Casa Alpina, we also recommend leaving windows open upon departure to allow for natural ventilation.
