The home is located on a quiet street that ends at the east end of the Condado Lagoon. You can easily walk to the lagoon, and its a short walk to Ashford Ave, La Placita and Atlantic Beach. It's a perfect location to maximize convenience yet be away from the noise of the nightlife of Condado. This street features oversized lots not found in other areas of San Juan. You will have more space inside the property and free onsite parking not available in most parts of San Juan!

No Parties or unauthorized guests. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation.
No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours.
If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000.
Please rinse off before entering the pool, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the pool.
No glass containers in or near the pool.
Children should never be left unattended in the pool or backyard.
Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.
Failure to adhere to rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

A second, separate terrace provides unobstructed views of Old San Juan's vibrant buildings and cobblestone streets, complete with an 800-square-foot lawn, perfect for barbecues with our grill, and a seating area with an outdoor fireplace. The sprinkler system activates at 5 am and 6 am.
Please be aware that the Wi-Fi signal may not be strong due to the building's structure and the prevalent use of limestone. We encourage unplugging and enjoying your stay at this historic home.
