Description
Our studio is perfect for couples on a budget. It offers a private space similar to a hotel room just steps from Sandy Beach. A definite beach house feel as soon as you walk in the door.
The studio has a beach house theme with all the basic amenities of a hotel room. The space is quiet and private, located on the first floor of the Puntas Tree House. From the door to the beach in less than 1 minute.
The property is gated and offers plenty of areas to relax in. The property has an outdoor shower, private parking, sitting area on the patio and access to the beach.
We're always around to offer help to our guests. We're a small family-run rental and throughout your stay, you'll probably run into Reno, Paulette, Luly, Betsy or Brenda. All of us are here to make you comfortable and provide advice on the surrounding area. We'll say hello as soon as we see you, so if you have any questions let us know!
We are located in Puntas right on Sandy Beach, known for being one of the only sand bottom beaches and the center of all the action. Puntas is regarded as the spot to be in when visiting Rincon, nightlife and great restaurants are all within walking distance so you'll never have to go far to find exactly what you're looking for. Casa Verde which is located right behind us offers live music on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bars and restaurants in Rincon are able to stay open until midnight on weekdays and 2am on weekends. On days with live music the area is very busy and has a very active nightlife crowd.
We are also about 5 minutes away from the Rincon Lighthouse which hosts several festivals including the Whale Festival (humpback whales are visible from December to April off the coast of Rincon) and it's a great location to watch the sunset.
Puntas is also a very friendly neighborhood where just about everybody knows everybody, it's easy to feel right at home, just let them know you're staying at Luly and Reno's Tree House!
We recommend renting the car as it will open up the entire town and island to you and make getting around much easier. Public transportation is a rarity however over the years taxis and shuttles have become very popular with services to and from the downtown area and all airports.
In close proximity, there's plenty of great places to eat and to spend your day. We have a 'things to do section' on our website with a list of some of our favorite beaches, restaurants and ideas for day trips to plan your vacation.
